October 2009, my son and I purchased the boat in Columbia, SC. $1900 bought me a boat, trailer, 10 HP motor and a family of about 50 Roaches. OK, so I had 90 miles to figure out how to explain it to my wife!

The new "old" boat, My '73 Catalina 22

A few photos of the 73 Catalina 22 I purchased in October 2009. It's a labor of love but she sails well and is my first boat that I can sleep on. My two boys and I have plans to trailer it to Charleston and the Chesapeake bay in 2010.
