Foam under sole. Used 2# pouring foam under new sole. Completely filled the void and made it very strong.

Many soft spots in sole. Replacing all of it with AC plywood with 2 layers of 9oz fiberglass on both bottom and top. Need to cut it into 2' x width panels to get it down through the hatch. Fiberglassing it in with 3 layers of 6 oz fiberglass.
