Not a hard job, really. There was no tabbing of the bulkheads to the hull, so all one has to do is jack up the cabin top and remove some screws to get them out.
I used the old bulkheads as templates for the new ones, made from Joubert Okoume BS 1088 (12mm) and coated the edges in two coats of Smith's CPES.
Tip: use a very fine blade (metal) with a hand held jig saw to cut the new ones, and take it very slowly.
Stain is red oak, to match some of the older woodwork that was considerably dark (red/orange).
