Added 6 stachions of 1/4 " 2x2 square tubing Braced by 1.5 in angle iron. The pads have about a foot of adjustment available through the threaded rod.
Started with a 7500 # capacity tandem Axle Power boat trailer. It had new tires,lights and brakes when I bought it.
Added 6 stachions of 1/4 " 2x2 square tubing Braced by 1.5 in angle iron. The pads have about a foot of adjustment available through the threaded rod.
Added a frame for the 2x10 keel rest. Next step is to add a bow stop and heavy duty nose wheel on a jack for ramp launching with an 6000 Lb Working load strap to let the trailer fully submerge for float on/off launching and retreival.
Used the existing bunk supports for keel guides and added angle keel guides at the rear. When I get the boat on it I will determine where to put the bow stop
