I have recently upgraded my boat and I have a question about winteriIng the motor . The new boat is powered by a Yanmar 3YM 30 (2015 model) with closed cooling system where my previos boat had direct raw water cooling . From what I have read winterizing the engine is as simple as removing the raw water intake and running a couple of gallons of the the pink stuff to flush the raw water / heat exchanger and water lift muffler .
I checked the antifreeze side of the state and it is coming in at -45 deg F.

Appreciate the feedback want to make sure I have completed the winterizing of the water cooling correctly .

That's the one to make sure it's full of AF. Your good to go. Or not go, as is the case.
