This weekend WYC had World-class coach Andrew Kerr in for a series of classroom and OTW training sessions. If you race and have never been coached, this type of weekend is invaluable. Three straight days; our club has Andrew in every year and we never miss it. We had a great time and learned tons. Will be discussing the learnings on our team FB page for days. Had as many full time and part time BlueJ crew on board as we could fit. Here we are as a mixed full/backup team killing a start in a rolling start practice. Great times.
