This is totally off-topic but I thought I would share something that i have come to realize. My body has started experiencing lots of aches and pains and not just joint pain. I get sore throats during the winter big time. The one thing I found that helps cure my aches and pains more than anything is water. Just straight up ice water. Well, I guess you don’t really have to have ice.
I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee recently and was making great progress in recovery. Then one night while photographing a debutante ball I realized that I was pretty thirsty. My knee hurt so bad that I could hardly walk. My wife had to help me to the car when the work was done. I drank lots and lots of water that night and again the next day. It has been much better since then. I swear water helps even a sore throat better than any lozenge or spray.
