I replaced the shift cable and am not sure whether I have it adjusted properly. I understand that with even a minimal amout of movement into gear (Foreward or reverse) the detent ball should be lined up with the hole in the plate. But as I advance the throddle the plate goes past the hole. This is a single arm control that advances both the shift cable and the throddle cable. Is this acceptable adjustment? Bob
