    I know there is not a lot of traffic here but here goes...

    The toe rail on my N28 is a real leaker. It looks like it is just held on with 2 1/2" self tapping screws, has anyone else tackled this project?

    Say hey Ned. I understand about the idea, but not sure of the real issues. Can you post pictures of the Toe rail and what you are trying to fix?

    What is it made of? IMHO the best choice for re-bedding is butyl tape (check MaineSail's postings on this). remove the toerail, clean everything up, lay the tape down and reinstall. should be good to go from there
