I don't think the pup had much choice. With the line tied to his collar the pup either pulled against the line or got dragged into the water. Seems like a silly way to launch a boat to me.
Yeah, I didn't watch it all the way through. I though the dog had the line in its chomps. Richard Cranium should have tied the boat off on one of the hand rails next to the launch.
