Does anyone have any recommendations or ones I should not get. Plan on getting some this week leaning towards Lewmar.

What is wrong with the installed ports, they are entirely rebuildable.

I have a 1995 that I bought that was once in charter then two other owners. Lots of plastic trim missing. Lots off brittle plastic. Just want nice clean reliable new ones. Now If there is a place I can just replace trim, knobs and so on please let me know I am all about it.

Mostly Beneteau uses Lewmar ports and hatches only with green tinted lens instead of smoke. Parts for rebuild are available as Gunni has mentioned, the crappy plastic interior trim rings however have no or limited availability. First you need to determine what portlights you have, Lewmar has a page that delineates the differences.

I've replaced the lens in my size 1RE ports, new lens which included a change in hinges and latch parts and was about $95 each. I've been able to replace a couple size 44 hatches with NIB from Minney's surplus that were only $250.
Hatchmasters in has parts available and rebuilds hatches, lot of good info on their site also.

And check on Defender for a price estimate for replacements.
And Lewmar also has videos showing how to replace the various parts.

This forum is appended to a ships store where many parts are available, for example Lewmar ports and parts. Depending on which model you can easily and simply replace the port lense with new for 1/3 the price of new.

Another great source for port parts is Hatchmasters. They have even more parts for the older varieties of Lewmar ports. And they have the ability to custom cut port lenses.

Good luck.

It is indeed Lewmar. You can get the knobs and other hardware including new portlights (the plastic windows themselves) as well as new gaskets which are important to address any water intrusion. You can get them here at this site, at Defender and several other places. You might want to shop based on pricing because there are differences. What you want is the Lewmar portlight style used on 1997 and earlier models. It's identified in the description. There are four of five sizes of the portlights and you have to get the properly-sized gaskets. The knobs and other parts should be identified for right or left latches. It's not cheap but I replaced everything on my 1997 321 Oceanis and it looks a lot better. I even changed out some of the knobs and latch hardware on my Lewmar overhead hatches -- its amazing what the sun, saltwater and less-than-good care by the previous owner(s) will do to the appearance and functionality of portlights.
