re-powering a 280

Greetings and salutations,
I think I remember reading someplace that the 280 can fit a Yanmar 2GM in her engine compartment. Currently I have a 1GM10 in my 280 and would like to add a little more HP's. Will a 2GM15 fit in the engine compartment with little or no modification?

l know of one 1994 h280 repowered from 1GM10 to 3YM20 with slight shifting (approx 1.5") the compartment cover forward by glassing the base.
Another similar year h280 came factory fitted with 2GM20F.

I previously owned a 1996 280 with the factory installed upgrade 2GM. See attached pic - it worked great!

My mistake. It's not a 2GM15. It's an older 2QM15. I misread the plate. Will a 2QM15 fit in the compartment.

My 1998 Hunter 280 had a factory-installed 2GM20F.
