    I have a Irwin 30 1980 with a 2 blade 13x13 prop I want to go to a 3 blade has anyone ever done this is what size did you use

    Typically you go down one number in pitch, so 13 x 12, but talk to a prop shop to be sure, they will want to know waterline length, displacement, transmission reduction number (should be a plaque on the trans), hull speed, engine HP
