Pop top seal

Hello,
Does anyone no of a material I could use to stop my pop top from leaking? I was thinking a new seal or a waterproof spray. I am wondering where I can find these materials.

Weatherstripping works quite well. What kind of boat, where is the leak?

The boat is a 1976 Helsen 22. I am not sure where the leak is yet, I just wanted to know in advance what I should do if this is the problem.
