Been reading them, mostly on 26's..
I've only see a few negatives.. I read that the Center Board hardware (on one owners boat) was not Stainless or prehaps not galvanized and had lots of rust and needed to be replaced. I am not even sure how you get to the hardware for the CB, is it under the table, or do you do it from below? I read about a crack at the compression post in the liner. I read about failure at the rudder piviot point. I've read about some gelcoat issues (cracks, voids). I've read that the boat has too much weather helm. I've read that running wires aft is a pain due to no conduit. Thats about it. The centerboard is the onlything that worries me and that I don't even know how to check, so I need to bone up on that. If anyone else has any 26 issues they want to put on the table, I'm all ears as Ross Perot would say.
