The PO of my 22 layered paint on top of paint on top of paint.
My plan is to remove all paint down to the glass as I did notice some blistering. Prime with Petit Protect high build epoxy primer. And paint with Petit vivid anti fouling paint. Does anyone have any suggestions or concerns with this application?

Down to the Glass. It is the only way I can think of to thoroughly check the hull condition. I dont know for sure if there are any cracks as it is seaping water from somewhere.

If there are cracks large enough to allow water to enter, they will be obvious without removing the gelcoat which no amount of epoxy primer or protection can effectively substitute.

Don is correct sir. Only in very extreme cases should you remove the gelcoat. In other words, something would have to be very wrong, on an expensive boat to warrant this. Outside of that, barrier coat, yes.
