Then you should like this too. Been an Allman's Bros follower since the 70's. Besides "Sweet Melissa"' this is the song that kept me coming back and ever since locked me in.

Any techs out there, maybe run the strings through an overdriven Marshall full stack... the harp would be especially attractive with a little edge/bite.

You mean like Papa John Creach? Not sure if he played through a full stack, but his fiddle had a bite to it.
