Headstay diameter

Looked around and can't find the size of my headstay listed anywhere. Suppose it's one of those things I am supposed to just know......

Anyone know the diameter for an 89 Legend 37 please?

Might I suggest you use a pair of calipers to measure the diameter of the fore stay.
That’s what was done on my boat when we replaced all of the standing rigging.

If by chance you cannot get access due to a furler in the way, you can go up the mast to an exposed section of the stay above the furler foil, call A Hunter dealer, contact local rigger.

I found calipers depend if you read across the strands, or in-between. I like to use an open-end wrench and make sure it will rotate around the stays.
