I just recently bought a Beneteau 373, and the first time I used the fridge, I ran into the same problem. The solution was simple, once I found it, and figured I'd share with others here just in case anyone else runs into the same. My boat has a foot-pump powered spigot that pulls raw/salt water into the galley sink to conserve both H20 and power... I like it. It turns out, there is a valve under the sink, just above the thru-hull, which allows the pump to either pull from the through-hull, OR to pull from the fridge drain. Switch the valve... foot pump drains the fridge into the galley sink. Voila!
