I discovered that the plexiglass crib board on my 1994 Beneteau 351 Oceanis is warped and no longer goes into the groove. I am referring to the piece that separates the cockpit from the cabin -- essentially the companionway door. The part is "obsolete" and I can't order one. Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, how did you address it?

I can't imagine the heat it must take to warp it. Can you get a glass shop to cut you one from plexi glass?
Call one of these guys and give them an approx. size.. then take it to the one who sounds like he wants your business.. Those are pretty thick, if I remember correctly, so they may need to order the material..
