I'm the proud owner of a 1985 Seidelmann 295CB, and hoping someone can offer help with this issue. Boat has a slow leak, water always in bilge, more after sailing. The port side keel bolt going through compression post bottom flange is badly corroded, threads came off when cleaning with a wire brush. All other keel bolts in excellent condition. I'm convinced this is the source of the problem. I have a few questions,: is the keel bolt a stud that is removable, and where can I find a new one. What type of gasket, if any, was used to seal bottom of c.post ?
