'85 H31 Fuse location

Just bought an 85 H31 and the interior electronics are totally different from our previous boat ('83 H27 Cherubini). Need to check fuses, as cabin lights and bilge switches work, but not getting responses from electronic gauges at helm or from VH/Loran.

Here is a picture of mine opened up. I was adding the Victron Battery Monitor to the right in the pic.

The breaker pannel is located right under the Companionway above the ladder.
