My kids broke the mounting pin out of the bottom of the case. There is no way to repair it, I can't find any parts for sale. So, I am looking to buy a broken unit to get the lower case.

Mine broke like that years ago and I repaired it with a piece wood and some epoxy.... no issues for 15 years. I retired it 5 years ago for a Navico tp 32 .... You can buy a new Ray 1000 for under $400.
Anyway, the repair is to form a small wood or plastic platform with a washer over the pinhole that won't let the pin escape. Then epoxy the whole thing to the TP's base as neatly, but as strongly, as you can. It's not that critical about dimensions since you can adjust that with the coaming's mount and/or the tiller bracket. Good luck.
