Today we launched an app which lets you read, post, upload pix, handle PM's, modify your profile, and more, all on your Apple or Droid device.

I'm still figuring out how their keyword search works but you can find it by going your app store and searching for sailboats

The app is called Sailboat Discussions and it's FREE. :)

I've used in on my iPhone and it's pretty cool. Let me know how it works on your Droids.

That's pretty cool. Make sure you have a data plan or are attached to a wireless router. :0

Pretty cool. Using it right now. I like how it takes me right to the last entry I read on each thread. Have not tested it on my droid yet.

Although I am not seeing anyones signature.

On the iPad I find safari better as the 4.2 IOS allows so many more things

When I went to SBO on my Droid's Explorer it notified me of the app. I downloaded and it works fine for browsing. But I find no way to post. I also could not find Site Talk. Wonder what I am missing?

I just downloaded & installed the app on my Droid X. Like Ed I don't see a means to post when I am in a thread. My hard key on the X only gives me the option to refresh the page.

Couple minutes later . . .

The app crashed. It told me it was sending you a note Phil.

There is an icon (box w/ a send arrow) at the right side of the forum header that takes you to menu w/ an option for "New Thead" on the iPhone app.

Can someone explain what the "Push" and "Forum Runner" options are for?

To post a reply, login using the little key at the bottom of the screen, then click the icon in the upper right. Site talk is not in the app but I can easily add it.

Any plans for the BlackBerry? Life would be perfect if that happens...and if the weather would warm up!

Reading a post right now on my Droid. There is nothing at the bottom for "login" and no icon in the upper right. When I open "Ask A Hunter Owner" I see that on the first row. Next row is "Threads Stickies". Third row is "Threads(10 of 12262)". Then if held vertically I see four threads. At the very bottom are two icons "Forums Current". If I open the top thread(DC ammeter) I see the avatar, date and time, and the text. Nothing else on the page. Think we have a Droid problem.

I've never seen the software on a Droid but I do know that it's used by 800 other forums, plus... I didn't write this code, so I'm pretty sure it's stable. :)

Go back out to the list of forums and see if there are any icons at the top of bottom of the screen.

Any help here from some Droid users?

Yes, notes to Phil often end in detention. :kick:

BTW, I love your avatar.
I'll probably change it back, but it may be the all-time perfect forum avatar. I think it should be awarded to appropriate users by popular vote.

Any plans for the BlackBerry?
It's an additional fee, but if enough people want it, absolutely. I'm not sure what the marketshare is now. Anybody know?
