Here are two statements that can starts wars around here:

(Boat Brand Name) is better than (Different Boat Brand Name).

(Anchor Type) is better than (Different Anchor Type).

Those two topics are some of the topics that really start arguements, wars, and all kinds of stuff!

Anyone have anything else to add?

Lets hope I got the lake to myself tonight. I will be running the generator out in the middle to have AC. It is our 15th Anniversary. I took the family sailing at dawn this morning. Had a great sail, kid loved it laying with his mom on the fore deck while I sailed the boat around the entire lake. Sunrises are nice.

I have kept it from her all week. I cooked Lasagna earlier and grandma is coming at 6 to watch our son. We will have dinner and a moonlit sail tonight. My wife loves to sail as much as I do.

Guys like to argue about anything that has at least two choices. If two dudes who were sophisticated enough to by feminine products for their ladies happened to get into a discussion you would see two guys arguing about tampons.

There are a few topics that gets everyone going..... anchors, in-mast furling, anchors, 12v hair dryers :D and of course, drip vs. cone vs. press vs. perc vs. ..... you tell me what that one is..... ;)


I think the only topic we all agree on, since it's no. 1 in views at 99,676 and 768 in posts............ The Boat Babe :D
