Any tips or tricks to unstick a Marelon seacock? Preferably from the outside. The boat is out of the water so I have access. Prefer not to remove hose if possible, at least, not yet. (I don’t want what’s in the hose, in the boat)

What is the peacock used for? I disconnected the hose and poured one ounce of olive oil in the opening, then attempted moving the handle. Stiff at first, but it will eventually rotate the complete range.
Waste, would be my guess given the OP‘s desire to not remove the hose…
How about spraying some olive or veg oil up into the thruhull to get some on the ball…and work the handle to see if you can get it unstuck?
