Replace just acrylic on bow deck hatch?

The acrylic can be replaced. Contact Bomar they may have on precut and drilled. Or you can go to a local plastic supplier and have them cut or TAP Plastics.

Try and get the old piece of acylic out without breaking it into smaller pieces. Bring it to a local plastic (acrylic) fabricator. Probably can get a new piece cut to the exact same shape for under $100. Pretty easy to install in an afternoon. 1/4" thick bronze acrylic runs about $15 a sq./ft for material.

I replaced mine 8 years ago. I used TAP Plastics ; they cut the replacements perfectly and the price was good.. That order was for two small Bowmars and a small flat cover on a deck cubby.. Measure precisely or as Bad Orca says, carefully remove the old lens and take it to a local shop .. I used Dow 795 to rebed the new lenses.
