With that number of hrs, your engine isn’t even broke in..It takes air, compression, and fuel (delivered at the proper time) to run an engine. With the kind of damage you’re experiencing vs number of hrs, I would seriously look at your fuel system for contamination. What filters are you using? Replace all flexible lines, condition of tank. Etc…If this was my project, I would get familiar with the injector pump timing procedure and then ask how they did it. You could also crack the fuel delivery nuts on the injectors and crank the engine to see if fuel spits outs. Just some thoughts…
