Both bow rollers on our 2007 41AC look like the one on the right in the photo. None of the cracks seem to go completely through but I figured it's only a matter of time until the force incurred from hauling up the anchor would break it - almost certainly at the most inopportune time.

I made the replacements out of Delrin with dimensions matching the existing rollers except that the diameter of the center portion is slightly larger - 1.3" vs 1.2". I've attached a PDF of the drawing that I made to facilitate machining. The cost of the Delrin was about $40 in total (eBay).

Another solution that I have used are the clear yellow boat trailer rollers. Works great and cost about $10. They come in different sizes. If they are too wide I have used a chop saw to get them where I needed.

I use the yellow rollers, but the center hole is smaller than the bow roller holes. I machined a bushing to step up the roller shaft diameter to the bow roller dimension. The SBO store has these conversion kits available. Check to see if they will fit your application.
