Need Online Resources for Finding Boat Info

I'm looking for the year that my Island 17 manufactured by Ocean Yachts was built. It's most likely built in the 70's.
Please forward any online resources from which I can get this information.

They started making them in 1972 but give no '# built' or the last year they were built, so it is a crap shoot trying to guess what year your boat was made even given a hull #.

That website is a great resource for the basic info on most domestically made boats, by the way.

The Islands 17' looks like a fun dinghy sailor, capable of planing when headed off the wind.
