Bent rudder gudgeons on a c18

I'm a new owner of a Catalina C18.
I noticed the rudder gudgeons are both bent. How do I replace or fix this problem

Just to make sure everyone is on the same page - is the bent part on the rudder or stern? Catalina Direct should carry the parts. Pics might help

The gudgeons are on the stern.
The pintles are on the rudder.
How do I replace the gudgeons?
Can I access the bolts from inside
the boat

On my O'Day you can by removing a panel to access the stern. Hopefully someone with the same boat as you will chime in with more info. I just wanted to get the ball rolling so you can get some help faster
