I got the pieces from Dwyer yesterday. I was expecting a fight with stainless pins peened in place. Turns out they used aluminum pins. I was using a spring punch to mark to drill and the pin moved. So you only need a punch to remove the pins.
The sheaves were affected about 1/2 to the center hole. The outer area was dry chalky and likely easy to break off.
I also changed the 2 blocks that I am not likely (in retrospect) to ever use. Drilling the rivets was easy and the $20 heavy duty rivet set tool from Harbor Freight worked fine.
Drilled the mast head for the float so now that is almost ready. Just need 2 coats of the mast lubricant.
