Yippee! Going to Isle Royale in a week! Launch from Grand Portage and hang out south end of Island. What do you suggest as far as docks, anchorages, and your favorite lure? :dance:

WOW!!! Great trip. Had no idea how lucky I was with weather. Rough water the day we hiked and boat was at windego dock, Sunday. And left hours before bad weather again Tuesday. Recommended destination.

Too bad nobody here had any input for on your questions. I guess nobody here has been there before but it sounds as though you did well without it.

Sounds like you had a great time. Assume you based out of Washington Harbor/Windigo.
