Zinc
Bottom port side of the heat exchanger. Called a "pencil zinc". Don't be surprised if the zinc is gone, mine only last about 6 months in salt water. The zinc screws into a brass plug. Be sure to check the length of the new one. I usually have to cut about 1/8 in off the end or it will break off when installed. Don #6293
