Beneteau Oceanis 36cc Everett
I have a 98 Oceanus 36cc I purchased used and the instrument panel next to chart table had some obsolete electronics and as I update everything it is clear I need a new piece of veneer plywood to start over, or accept a few holes in that panel. It is 5/8 veneer and looks like mahogany, or teak. Has anyone successfully matched the interior wood?

The local wood specialty supplier (who said he knew the local Beneteau dealer well) said okume was the wood. I'm not sure that would match your wood. I had to stain it anyway for my 2006 B323. I did take the aft shelf out of the 1/4berth, replaced it with a "close enough" wood, and used the shelf for a project in the salon so it would match.
