Hunter 42 Upper Chesapeake
The Northern Star Hunter Sailing Association, Inc. (NSHSA) is one of two Hunter Sailing Associations on the Chesapeake Bay. We are about 60 families (or boats) strong, and our members sail primarily on the northern Bay, north of the William Preston Lane, Jr. Memorial Bridge (US50/301). Our Hunter sailboats range in size from 25' to 50'. Our experience levels range from novice sailors to blue water cruisers, from new crew, learning to race, to racers who regularly compete.

This forum will be a great place for members to communicate as well as a place for other Hunter and non-Hunter sailors to reach out and ask questions about the area. Tip #1: When visiting Middle River - Carson's Creekside is an excellent place to eat with great crab cakes and soup. Need someplace a little more hopping try Sunset Cove - live music over the summer and great anchorage up Frog Mortar Creek just past Maryland Marina.

If you are a hunter owner in the upper bay area - check us out at nshsa.org we are always looking for new hunter owners to expand our group and expand our opportunity meet up with other hunter owners.

Thank you sailboatowners forum for proving a forum for NSHSA
