Very frustrating searching for boom and mast parts...

Need some small boom and mast parts.
Have a Charleston Spar boom and mast.

Sparcraft-US is the mfg and hard to get them to respond for small parts. I suspect they would jump if I needed a new boom or a new mast.

After about 6 attempts, they replied I should contact their dealer "rigrite.com". I have done so today and will wait a few days to hopefully hear back.

Need a bushing for boom which goes on the vertical gooseneck pins. I know it is 12 mm diameter, but can't even get Sparcraft to give me the dimensions.

Also need some small delrin bushings for the top of the mast (spinnaker and topping lift).

Anyone know of any other place? Won't try Sparcraft again....

Reviews on Rig-Rite are miixed. I was worried about placing my first order with them but had no other option at the time. I've now placed 4 orders with them over the past few years and have not had any real problem. Always got what I wanted and shipping was pretty quick. They can be a little short over the phone at times, but that's about it. YMMV.

I do recommend you call them during business hours, not sure how responsive they are to email. Try to do your homework on the website before talking to them and it will go much smoother.

Take the time to dig through their web site and get the part number for what you need. I seem to recall that even when I inquired by email, they called me back. Having worked in a couple of parts operations before, it seem like it's a very small operation. By the time I spoke to them, I had the part number and they shipped within a couple of days. I will make sure my next boat has anything but Sparcraft or Charleston Spars...
Their customer service is terrible.

I did go thru Rig Rite and could not find the right bushing I need. I sent a quote sheet and hope I can find the right one.

I have asked Sparcraft many times for the dimensions or part number, but they just ignore my emails.
