There is nothing in my manual and I haven't been on my boat recently but per the internet the unit is likely Harken.

Larsen Marine in Waukegan is probably your closest Harken dealer per their site. Have you spoken to them? Per their website (Harken) they still sell curved tracks and can probalby help you out if you give them a call. The most typical thing they willl need to know is the tracks cross sectional profile. Knowing that should allow them to aid you.

Also, this site sells some Harken stuff and may be able to help you out if you know the part numbers of the stuff you need. Prices may be better here.

You may also be able to just rebuild / replace bearings in your current car.

Sorry I didn't answer sooner, but I haven't done any work on my traveler so I thought perhaps others would have more information.

I just pulled my traveler car off the track and found that the bearings and wheels just fall right off. I now know more that I planned to about the traveler on my 1979 9.2A. It is a kenyon with 3/4 inch track. Rigrite has everything from new cars to rebuild kits for these Kenyon systems.
