I wish I lived there!

Soling, I wish My fla pix were as great as yours. I'm from the soon-to-be-frozen north but towed my venerable V21 down to Fla last summer. While my little boat can't compare to the amenities you have on your 26 and we were mostly confined to daysails, I went a bit "overboard" on what amenities i could stuff into my little cabin and sailing along the bayside of the keys, or in port charlotte was more than enough to convince the admiral that no matter how much we love our house in jersey, we want to retire in florida where we could sail as much as we wanted.

Cruised to Fl? How'd it go?

Glad to hear you went out and sailed a new spot. Hope it went well. How about posting a few pics to share with other frozen neighbors. I gotta tell you most pics of fla don't get posted because it was an average day. The shots chosen, of course, show the really good days. Our summers are mostly unbearable to anyone except those who grew up in the tropics, or are a little nuts from being frozen up north for too many yrs. While sailors up your way are cruisin' I'm hidin' in the AC from about June to Oct 1st. So be content wherever your sails are and know you wouldn't be the first guy to move down if you can't take it any more. Post a couple pics of warmer days if it'll help. Take it easy and stay warm.
