If you'd read the info on the website, you'd know

Raw water toilets have an intake pump that pulls in sea/lake/river water...toilets designed to use pressurized flush water don't have an intake pump...instead, they're connected to the onboard fresh water system and have a solenoid valve that opens to allow flush water when the flush button is pushed. It won't work unless you have an electric fresh water pump to keep the fresh water system pressurized. The advantages: toilets designed to use pressurized flush water draw about 1/3 less power and use about 1/3 less flush water than raw water toilets. They're also MUCH quieter--quieter even than most household toilets...'cuz contrary to popular belief, it's not the macerator that makes all the noise, it's the intake pump. Very important: NO toilet designed to use raw water should ever be connected to the onboard fresh water system...it cannot be done without risk of e-coli contamination of the potable water, damage to the toilet, or both. ONLY toilets that are designed by mfr to use pressurized flush water should ever be connected to the fresh water system. NOw...go here and do the rest of your homework yourself: http://www.raritaneng.com/products/toilets/electric/sea_era.html
