My boat mast came down in the last big storm. Chain plates ripped through the deck and mast step twisted a little before pulling out some decking. Is there any market for all the Oday parts?

what does your insurance say....many of the parts worth anything would be non-brand specific, and this forum is best I have found for ODay resources. Check also other 25 associations...

If you're able and willing to part it out, much of what you have can be sold. And there may be some value to the hatch and the cockpit seats, as those are Oday 25 specific and are quite expensive to replace. I bought a cooler/seat cover for my 23 from a guy whose boat had sustained some major damage, saving me quite a bit of money. It depends on if you have the time, want to do the parting out, and the sales, I suppose.

You can probably pull all the hardware off and put it up on ebay or craigslist. Call a scrap metal place and see what the lead in the keel will get you if you feel that is the way to go. You could always try to sell her as is to someone with the time and $$ to restore. As Apex said, there is the insurance too....

This has been a solid boat. I need more headroom I'm 6'-5". Thinking about raising up the deck and making it a pilothouse NON-sailboat. Thus everything for sale

I just bought an '82, besides the bulkheads needing replacing and all windows need to be caulked I need the pulleys as well, so contact me or post them in the classifieds so I can find them.

Bear in mind that a Oday 25 without a mast has a very quick roll moment. It would be most uncomfortable. After I take my mast down, and before I haul the boat each year, I only have to bring the boat about 1/2 a mile to the crane in the Hudson River. It snap rolls so badly that I avoid walking on deck.
