Retractable keel problems

Does any one know how to repair or replace SS turning block for cable to retractable keel. This is the one under the galley in the engine compartment on stbd side?

I am not familiar with this set-up for the 35, however for my P36-2, the ss housing for the cable sheeve was shot. I removed it and brought to a welder who duplicated it... now I have a brand new one that works great.
