Replacing stanchion base

I'm still working getting all the kinks out of my Sirius 21 picked up last year. I wondered if anyone ran into the problem of not being able to locate the stanchion base that has four screws holes (below)? Only one was broken and I'd hate to got through the expense of changing them all out.

I've found plenty of replacements for like this one. But that means reusing maybe filling the other 2 and drilling 2 new holes. In other words, a lot of work and more opportunities for leaks. Does anyone know of a source for this part?

Shouldn't be an issue to fill holes and replace with different base. I would fill with 4200 then cap the top of hole with gel coat repair.
