For what it's worth. We used to have a Hallberg Rasey with a similar key. We
also had a Swedish friend living in San Francisco who was kind enough to
take our spare key back to Sweden and contact the Hallberg Rasey ppeople.
She was given the name of the people who used to make the keys. When they
were contacted they were able to come up with some blanks. Perhaps one of
our European members can run this down through The Hallberg Rasey yard. On
the cutlass bearing. Our local yard took a
1 1/4" bearing, put it on a lathe and turned it down to fit. As I recall it
took them about 5 minutes and wasn' very expensive. Good luck. Walt
P.S. Are there any Vegas in San Diego that anyone knows about?

Walt: Yeah, I could have turned down the cutless bearing to the smaller
dimension, but I opted for keeping the thicker brass shell on the cutless.
Either way should work . I did find however that the old cutless bearing had
a lot of rubber separating from the shell rather than being worn out. The
bearing supply suggested keeping the extra shell thickness to avoid too much
flex that might have caused the separation. The bearing was pretty old,
however, so I'm probably just being cautious. Bill
