PY Rating of Bavaria 38 (2004)

Living on the Philippines on a Bavaria 38 (2004) I would like for the first time to enter a race - the Subic-to-Boracay Race starting February 18, 2011. For this purpose I need the PY Rating for the Bavaria 38 (2004), which I could not find on the Internet. So I contacted US Sailing, which shows the PY Rating for a Bavaria 26, but did not get any answer yet. Can anybody help me on this issue, because I have to submit the Application Form for the Race (cruiser class) very soon.
