Had one for nine years. Wonderful boat. Rates the same as a Catalina 30 on PHRF. But, much easier to sail. Love the stayless mast. Other than that, noting special in terms of what to look for than any other boat of the same vintage. Good luck.
check the holding tanks for leaks. Aluminum tank built into the shower seat ... mine was leaking like a seive when I bought it. Same for fresh water tank. Other than that, I love the boat!
