Propane Storage on O'Day 30?

Recently purchased an O'Day 30 ('82) and want to put in a propane stove but am having trouble finding safe location for tank storage such that I can change out the tank and still have "drain" above waterline. Does anyone have a tank or know a good spot to install so it can be changed out without spending all day removing it?

Maybe not the result you're looking for, but it might make the most sense to put it on the transom. A 7 pound bottle will look better than 20, but people do 20's there too. A sunbrella cover fitted to the tank will really clean up the looks. Justin - O'day Owners' Web
