Pearson 30 window seals

Hi all,

New Pearson 30 owner here, #255, 1972/73.

This boat appears to have the original window seals, one has just started to leak and the others may soon follow. Any idea where I can get new seals? Is it a generic rubber material, or is it some sort of custom seal specific to Pearson's?

also need seals for 1973 Pearson Portsmouth trawler. Does anyone know an acceptable glazing strip to replace the original used by Pearson?
