Paragon G300 Replacement

My G300 tranny failed and must be replaced. I am having trouble finding this old unit. Is there another solution for replacement ? My boat is a 76 Seafarer 38C. Appreciate any suggestions.

I know its 2 months later but did you find a solution,what failed,
I saw A site about a guy who swapped out for a "Borg Warner"
his boat is called Brigadoon in MD I think Google SV Brigadoon
the Borge Warner should bolt right on but ratio will be slighty diff
and offset.Much better gear many availl used and rebuilt.I am
allso looking mine must be coming due 1976 P 108 share the Drama.
