opinions wanted on Cat 250 water blst/swg keel

hello ! I would like your experienced opinion on catalinas 250 water ballast and swing keel - am considering purchase as we are in land here but have access to big lakes. Would also like to sail this in the gulf islands / San Juan islands some time. Questions like; how efficient / well does a water ballast/ swing sail - have no experience in this - how does it handle perform in moderate to heavy weather. does the rigging stay properly tensioned with constantly raising/lowering mast. - how well does it unload and load ( trailer )- Interior; is it liveable for say 2-3 weeks at a stretch.( 2 person ) - Anything you can give me good or bad, would be interested in hearing about. Bruce - go to the link below and contact Rob. He has a C250 that he keeps at Ghost Lake. He tows it out to the coast almost every May for our Spring Thaw cruise. This year was to the San Juans; last year was the Gulf Islands....RickM...
